Useless article because it doesn’t state how many Km of road will be build. In Zambia for instance the target was 8000km and people can measure progress based on that. Also, tell us which roads will be improved in the next 12 months so that we can hold you accountable come October 2017

Had it been all the previous Government utilize the locally sourced funds, then our cities, towns as well as locations would have been descent ones.. but cash was just pocketed..
