These houses were very very cheap ad they are still cheap less than 100 us dollar where on earthy u can get such a cheap house . Minimum rentals should start at K100000.00. i rest my case.

childish talk. do you know how much the tenants are earning. not everybody is thief in malawi. some of us are earning honestly from our employers. we need decent accomodation that is affordable to raise our families. moreover MHC is a government entity that was established to fulfill social responsibility not profit making.

Ife a DPP tikutsa zimenezi ngati nkhamba kamwa zofuna kugwetsa boma la Prof Arthuer Peter Mutharika. Government has no intention to hike any house rent because for the past two years there has been no salary increment on public servants. This is a deliberate propaganda aimed at turnishing the image of government and we are aware that at MHC, some people are from MCP and are pushing for policies that should undermine the present leadership.
