Its Malawians especially chiefs Who let those people to obtain land and start businesses withiout proper papers. Chiefs in the boarders of Chitipa and Karonga are wtnesing them as Malawians and yet they dont speak Chichewa or any langauge of Malawi. Why there are many so called Malawians from Karonga and Chitipa in Malawians? Everyone says I come fromKaronga and Chitipa? Because these boarders are near Tanzania.
