Malawian scholars including the APM , are too stupid to recognise what can really move the country out of poverty. No wonder , despite having universities for more than 52 years now, Malawi has shoddy policies, not ready to rectify problems for a country..Even our Highly educated Tsars like Hastings Banda did nothing except to waste 31 years for Malawians . Chizu, many people (including the IPOR researchers) can’t understand why DPP has an edge in the 2019 elections. By the way, most of the researchers are sworn enemies of APM and DPP. They had to balance up their findings with the usual clichés of corruption etc. And now, the media which is sympathetic to Chilima media is picking that to try and still show that people are not happy with DPP.
