Mzuzu city council and Commissioner for lands (n) are very corrupt in land issues. They are undermining development in mzuzu city. Go to a place known as katoto area 4 (nambo section) and see for yourself the amount of illegal unauthorized developments there. People have built even on roads to the extent of blocking passages. People have built houses even on land that is legally allocated to others.
