Reading between the lines through what Honorable Francis Kasaila narrated in his remarks this looks good and positive on paper and this is the way to go however, it remains to be seen if the current government will be able to walk the talk by implementing what has presented in the revised policy. As Malawians we are yet to see how government will fulfill these. The content the Minister reveals does not relate much to foreign affairs:
“‘This policy will assist us in the provision of infrastructure, agricultural practices such as irrigation technology, education and health,” This is domestic.
