Peter Mutharika is more than an idiot. He talks irrelevant stuff, is dishonest, and hypocritical . Matter of fact, he himself is irrelevant to Malawians. The question is, with such a defecient mind how did he manage to attain law degrees or teach students in law schools? I don’t think if I was his student I could connect sense to his lectures.
