The most foolish piece of law I have ever read. It’s even allowing 3rd parties to apply for separation or divorce?

I would rather see change of laws that a president must be arrested and investigated while he is still ruling. First clean the country before oppressing people with your marriage laws.I don’t think this law will end poverty in Malawi. You don’t know that the cause of early marriages in Malawi is because of poverty hampering on us here in Malawi. KODZAN KAPASI KUTI KAPAMWAMBA KASIKE MADALA PRESIDENT ndiwonyambita nsapato zanuzo plz. Poverty poverty poverty is the roots for all bad things we see these days. I think people are being chauvinistic to always think that this bill will punish men only, some women will equally be affected if you notice it refers to both spouses for each item and there are some women who work their buts off to earn a good living, married to some lazy good for nothing men who are eating the wife’s money and hope to go away with a chunk upon divorce

One thing i dont understand, and disagree with if i understand correctly..a marriage is nulligied if one of the couples had an STI at the time of marriage..isnt this discrimination against people lIving with hiv/aids. I know couples that got married despite their different hiv statuses. On the flip side, I see many marriages being nullified by deliberate acts of those involved..getting married today knowing that zikavuta u will claim this and that to pull out..tough times ahead

What about the prostitutes who sell sex. Because according to this bill they have no room. What is punishment for them considering that they are also pushing for legalisation of prostitution.

Parliament has done this, but bilbically what does GOD says on marriage? lets be careful or else we all perish for accepting faulse teachings!!

Watch out malawians, specifically believers’ remeber not everything that greeters is gold’ so goes the saying.

In this Case, what ever GOD says about marriage is paramount, the word of GOD is final!!

Thank you all.
