Why can’t the MPz tell the nation how the proceeds of the loan will be utilities or which votes will benefit. They are not transparent and accountable at all.

The terminology is a “credit”. Therefore it is a loan is given to Malawians and it will repaid by Malawians so don’t just praise praise praise without telling us where the funds are going.
