Kyungu is among the corrupt chiefs feeding from the DPP. Pano wavimyantha na kuvifyontha ndipo ukuti corruption. Corruption (Kora apa sono) is very much promoted by chiefs like Kyungu

In the circumstances we are in as a nation, it would make sense to put our hope in the youth, hoping that they are ‘clean, uncontaminated’. But what with our youth who are so impatient that they want to do everything the easiest and fastest way they can find, irrespective of whether or not it is the proper way, which is the spirit underlying the urge to indulge in corruption? Do you mean what you are saying, Kyungu? You have already forgotten what it means to be under a dictatorship? How about if the dictator himself is corrupt ( c.f. Robert Mugabe’s Zimbabwe )? What we need is political will and strict adherence to the rule of law. We have got all the requisite laws in place to stamp out corruption, we only have to follow them to the letter. How about if the dictator himself is incorruptible then I guess a dictator would be better placed to curb this corruption
