If Mutharika has one more term to go as per constitution, I wonder why those that do not like his leadership are not severing themselves from the party to form their own so that their preferred candidate can lead it.

Chilima is not being ignored sir! but the way this whole issue has been damped onto the social media has been in appropriate. Personally I think Chilima will make a great President for Malawi and I do hope he does stand AT THE APPROPRIATE time using appropriate Channels! he will be very popular but sabotage is not the way forward here! remaining completely silent is inappropriate because he is allowing chaos in the party!

In the same vein, Chilima movement can’t ignore those wishing Mutharika to be its torchbearer in 2019 elections

So papers are going to tell us what we can and can not ignore?

How stupid are we Malawians?

DPP is a party just like any other, what business is it of ours to campaign for DPP?

So Malawians are saying DPP will govern forever?

It does not matter who the leader is, it will be DPP. Do people really think DPP will change just because Chilima is president. Chilima is a bigger thief than Muthalika. How did Muthalika win the election again?

Malawians forget very quickly.

More efforts at trying to destabilise the DPP. The Chilima movement should get out of DPP, now. Let them form their own party.
