Malawi sazatheka , you mean someone is receiving allowance for the duty that he performs, who is the authorization officer, something is not adding up, We need a complete overhaul at the Parliament and Malawi Govt,

Do we need to know this coz of strike,this is a tendacy of authorities to strike back when they have bn injured in such circumstances. Bad practice in civil service….money must be worked 4.
