Reduce MRA taxes and then introduce paying for hospital services not stealing from MRA then you ask us to be paying for hospital services.

There is no free medical service as there is literally nothing for nothing. Someone pays at some point. The politics of user fees in public facilities should be looked at with strategic intent and not with cataract eyes of cheap advocacy. We can not afford free service at point of access. Economically it’s unworkable because health care is one of the most expensive social service. Even developed countries can not afford provision of free health care. Those who advocate for free care at point of use are being unrealistic possibly because their employers cover them adequately under VIP medical schemes.… Read more »

Am a civil servant most of us receive little salaries of which we cannot manage to pay for the health services. Let’s be honest here paying issue is good idea untimely implemented. Let us look at the economy and government salary increment as well as fee hikes all these for the poor it’s a burden.
