Since the thugs killed Commercial Farmer Yiannakis, the word on the street among Greek and Italian farmers, who would be enticed to invest in Malawi is that Malawi is a red zone or no-go zone. The good reputation we had a country, in the circle of farmers anyway, is tarnished and evaporates just like that. But most importantly, a life was lost.
