So these Kabaza operators are to be banned, regardless of whether they are operating with lights, showing knowledge of how to behave on the roads. The good are being punished with the bad, and the public needing public transport are punished too. Where is the sense in that?

After banning bicycle operators from operating at night what have you put in place for the majority poor to be using to reach their destinations where no minibuses ply their trade? The rich can afford to hire a motorcycle, tricycle, car or even a helicopter to rich their house but now the majority poor will be forced to walk on foot passing the deadly graveyards to rich their destinations. The police should thus help minibus or tricycle operators who are pelted with stones when they try to pick passengers on routes which these Kabaza operators rely on. The district police… Read more »
