True, one’s age is not a restriction to attain higher education and it cannot be used to gauge everyone’s goal in life. Recently, a USA man, aged over 90 years has just attained a university qualification. Congrats Mr. KACHAMA. You are a role model not only to police officers throughout the world but also the youth.
