Mbava zokhazokha. At their semi-collage, they hve a beggers module which encourge them to do so. They are told that part of their salary is with the community they serve.

Thats no excuse to be involved in corruption bwana Mgwantha, if anything govt did not force them to join the police profession, why not leave and join a higher paying job?

Always not at times. Most traffic cops are thieves too and do corruption everyday behind the drivers door or in their tents.
