What a joke. Is Neno the only place in Malawi that has unregistered M/cycles in the country. You can see them all over Malawi and all the cops know about it.

The problem is that Department of Road Traffic is not available in rural areas to enable people register, COF and get licenses for the bikes. Do you expect Neno villager to visit BT or LL RT to stay on the que for week just to get registered. Who is going to pay subsistence for lunch and accommodation

Its high time Malawi should put the motorcycle in the group of bicycles. Because in this case even bicycles must be registered
