So a hardworking man in Nkhotakota will have to pay K500,000 to compete with Gresselder Jeffrey who will pay K250,000 but obviously can pay the K250,000 without blinking.
We have people like Rosemary Mkandawire vying for seats and they have lots of money and you want to say they should pay less than a man with less money just because she is a woman?
Since when has gender been a determinant of wealth or earning capabilities?
