It is time the authorities should build indoor netball courts in Blantyre, Lilongwe, Zomba and Mzuzu for the netball players. Kampala City has witnessed major infrastructure developments since 1990. Blantyre Youth Centre is not suitable to be the home ground for a national team such as the Queens. Some magnificent building is needed. Please Finance Minister Gondwe trim CDF and DDF and allocate the funds to those eye catching projects. Malawi cities should change.
