TEVETE ARE VERY CORRUPTED. DO A REASECH U WILL FIND OUT THE TRUTH. So many deals with Asians, Malawians etc. The whole system of tax collection is old fashion. There is so much tax to collect but half go to pockets of officials. SO SAD.
