This report sounds like the usual yada yada, a recital of what met office in Malawi is used to saying in its statements. I think it is not borne out serious observation, research and analysis of the prevailing meteorological conditions in the country. Because if it were I am of the view that it could have gone further into warning of a serious hot season the country is likely to experience this year.
