Some one just want to make huge business out of this mess. People are stealing NOT because they don’t have qualifications. People still because by Nature they are thieves. School will NOT change them. school will only give them new tack-ticks of stealing. These people DO NOT NEED EXTRA school, BUT NEED their hearts to be RENEWED. Govt school is a good idea but whether it can improve efficiency is another matter.

I have serious doubts if the school will bring efficiency. First has there been a credible research to confirm that lack skills is the causes theft of public resources. Are the people caught or alleged to have stolen admitting that the did that because they were lacking. What the cabinet ministers that are alleged to me master thiefs. Will they be part of the civil to be reformed. More importantly is there political will and demonstrated action to end corruption.
