The IG of Police went to Tanzania to study how that country stemmed murders and other atrocities against PWA: Now where is the report? The trip was official and at public expense; and so the report should be available in the public domain; or at least to stake holders. Not so?
The report would indicate to some people if really the government is serious about protecting PWA.
