Problem is that Malawi like other African countries have never intersive campaign in schools to teach student how to use condom. Its easy to talk about condom but not using it correctly. Condom can break If it is put wrong so it will not protect anyone. In Europe they went in schools teaching youths. I was one medical to teach students.
