If you get excited with a loan, it means some wire in your brain is loose. Anyway all this is going straight into waste, i mean down the many pit latrines we have. It will be part of recurrent budget. Nothing for infrastructure development which can help to develop Malawi and later stand on our own feet.

Only stupid people in a failed state (name witheld) feel happy to be borrowing money all over the place.
Borrowing money will never never develop Malawi. I think we were better off using our own resources to develop.
They have no sense of shame whatsover when they borrow money and use other peoples money.

Congratulation Goodall as whatever it is. We are moving toward the right direction. JB destroyed literally everything in terms of international relationships. Nditomva kukomatu ine.

Is this a grant, a donation or a loan?
