Indedi! There are more women in Malawi than men (that’s why azibambowa a panga zobhowa).

Which is the opposite in China there are more men than women because of historical and legacy reasons.

Which is why Malawian women should marry Chinese men osati these Malawians.

When Kamuzu was in power. Foreigners were not allowed to open business in villages . Why has that been over looked. What are we not protecting our Malawian s? Having said that, Malawians when you are given the support make sure you have the shops running properly so that trade continues to supply our villages

Indeed government should not allow such to happen . In many countries, foreigners are not allowed to do certain businesses. They reserve such for nationals . For example how can government allow foreigners to run small scale businesses of selling farm produce like ground nuts , beans, rice etc . Such businesses should be reserved for Malawians – small scale sector. If there is no regulation / legislation for such , its hi time Government should put it in place. Government should allow foreigners in big investment businesses that will create employment for Malawians not hawkers. Lets empower Malawians by… Read more »

Where is the Minister of Trade and lndustry; Malawi Investment and Trade Centre officials; and Immigration? Fast asleep l guess aMalawi akulandidwa mwayi wama business! This cannot continue. These Chinese are supposed to be investors who bring in capital to invest in manufacturing and other large capital sectors. Government should quickly move in and arrest this rot by developing an indigenisation policy that protects Malawian small businesses.
