REFORMS SHOULD BE IN TANDEM WITH PERFORMANCE. UNDER PERFORMING ASSOCIATIONS LIKE F.A.M SHOULD ALSO BE DISSSOLVED!!! THEY’RE JUST A DRAIN ON OUR RESOURCES WHICH COULD’VE BEEN AIDED DRUGS IN OUR HOSPITALS!!!
INFACT ALL THESE ASSOCIATIONS SHOULD JUST BE DISSOLVED AND BE INCORPORATED INTO MNCS STRUCTURES AS DEPARTMENTS TO ENHANCE ACCOUNTABILITY. THEY’RE ALL FAILING BECAUSE THEY’RE NOT ACCOUNTABLE, THEY’RE NOT ACCOUNTABLE BECAUSE THERE’S NO ONE TO HOLD THEM TO ACCOUNT (YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN)!!
