Government erred in blocking arrests of those breaking the law. The government has no jurisdiction in doing this; it has to follow its own laws. There is no two ways about it; arrest them or abolish the law and give this dirty practice it’s own freedom. No middle platform.

MHRC please use evidence when making these laws and NOT Faith, these religious bigots need to know that their religions are a bunch of delusional garbage, and their biblical or Quran verses are not even worth to be written on soiled toilet tissue. Its high time Jesus and Muhammad need to know they are useless just like snow white or Hagar the horrible.
Let’s be one of the world’s most progressive country, not because the West wants us to do that but because we as a people can develop on our own. We don’t need America or Europe leading the evolution of the world all the time, lets set our priorities right and focus on developing this country on the fast lane.
The headline mentions “homosexuality laws” which is OK, but the opening sentence then irrelevantly and provocatively has “same-sex marriage laws”. Those are two very separate issues, that of same-sex marriage being far too controversial to be on anyone’s agenda for many years to come. Dealing with the homosexuality laws is something which we can look at immediately, and hopefully have repealed.
Gay rights are human rights.
