To generate greater revenues increase the desire on government side do spent more on cars, aeroplanes, state residences, bigger convoyes, more security personel, higher allowances, more fraud in public institutions…. On privat sector side: More of our already sick companies closing down or disappear in the informal sector or go abroad, where there is more services delivery towards taxpayers! As long as most of our companies are not paying tax, double standards exist and the Tax base stays small, nothing will change!
