Rubbish and total waste of money. You fail to successfully prosecute easy cases like Chaponda’s and want to save face by conducting stupid workshops? You just want to make allowances for yourselves. Shame on you. From the time you lost chaponda’s case you are Corruption Bureau (CB) and not Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB)

HAPPEN TO THEM ‘—A CERTAIN PROPER MERCHANISM HAS TO BE PUT IN PLACE —‘OTHERWISE NOTHING WILL HAPPEN —
