Incomplete Dead Mathanyura

That’s great. As long as Mathanyura is still alive, any forex earnings are a waste because it will be carelessly spent by DPP on unexplained holidays to the USA. In fact farmers would best be advised to put on hold their tobacco farming till Mathanyura Pitala is completely dead!
