What you DPP guys are deliberately forgetting is that the spadework / paperwork for the MCA programme which has just concluded began in the Joyce Banda era. APM anangozipeza, and his govt has scored 65% – another govt would have scored much more than that, say 90% .. Oh yes! Fortunately the experts who are coming will be consulting with a different govt ( MCP or UTM)

The actual score on corruption is 59% not 65% as reported in this article. You can check. otherwise congrats.

This is like giving salivating hyena a dead impala. USA should wait until a new government comes in May so that fresh and genuine consultations can be conducted. What we will see are projects being concentrated in the Lomwe Belt as is the housing project where central region scored least in completed houses. Now we see more projects in the north and south and than Central Region which is the economic power house of Malawi. Akulandira zitukuko ndi alesi. Let this government just sign the agreement but the actual transfer of money must wait for MCP in May, 2019. Madam… Read more »

Would the US delay it to June next year for the new govt please otherwise DPP will carry it to Thyolo, Mulanje , Phalombe and Chiradzulu only instead of projects that would assist the whole nation…REAL CONCERN!

Of course we are going top have a HANG PARLIAMENT form May, 2019 elections which is good BUT Atupele and UDF are the ones that are stupid because they destroy the democracy by shoring this corrupt regime!

Ndizoonatu to anybody with guts!

Consider building modern bus and train terminals in cities ,in tourist towns and in municipalities. Also consider construction of very large dams across key rivers to curb water challenges across the country. Indeed also consider tarmacking crucial roads such as Balaka-Mbera-Chilipa-Mangochi road, and Mbera-Ulongwe road, and Tsangano-Neno-Mwanza road.

Also consider building a Technical Teacher Training College to deliver pedagogy skills to instructors in technical colleges to Degree and Masters level.

Please have wide consultations with lots of stakeholders. Afterall the chance of this current govt being around in 2019 is slim to none.
