It was wave after wave of uproar from an ecstatic crowd when Senior Chief Chikumbu of Mulanje took time to...
Just wait for October and see how many people will come up with evidence on corruption against your DDP and the Lomwe Empire. Of course the VP made a mistake by keep quiet for a long time without disassociating himself from the party that embraces nepotism, corruption, regionalism and tribalism. Remember, this Chilima knows all your weaknesses because he was part of you and it is very unfortunate for DDP to think that this guy will remain silent. Just wait for the campaign period.
Sure
Because of corruption in Govt the VP can’t resign as VP because him and his benefactors need to loot before next elections. Why do u think the whole VP attends church functions every weekend if its not for allowances and stealing fuel monies etc. Corruption isn’t just maize gate and cash gate activities. Attending functions that do not bring value to the nation or uplift the nation and claiming fst allowances is also corruption just in a smart way.
kkkkkkk attending church functions its not stealing brother,he is entitled for allowances. And if you know nothing you better shut up your probosis.
Kalilani, if you have nothing better to defend just keep Quiet. Are u out of your mind? The truth hurts. The Head is the Genesis of corruption. It’s only in Africa where people become Millionaires when they are in Power. Before VP explains can you ask the President to elaborate about the 2.5 billion tender? The Chaponda scandal G Gondwe budget Tractors Housing houses Generators Ndata Dr Phiri wealth And his inner circle who have turned Millionaires overnight. You must be the dumbest of all to deny this. The AcB is underfunded because of corruption . The President has too… Read more »
vuto la a malawi, bad roads yet there were inspectors before approving that the road is worth using. is the president responsible for inspections? its you and me in our positions who are corrupt and at the end of the day we blame the government. we should wake up malawians it begins with us to have integrity. vuto we clap hands for those doing it and when we are not a beneficially we voice out. we should change our mindset as malawians
Where are the inspectors coming from, its not the same who are part of the Government?
Ben Phiri, Goodal Gondwe, Kondwani Nakhumwa, Bright Msaka, Geordge Chaponda are among those thieves plus Igwe himself
Peter, the acceptance of tribalism and nepotism is already a conviction and the misuse of power. And why not accepting CORRUPTION the destructive element of all crimes which brings down governments economically all over the world.Yes indeed, tribalism and nepotism are dangerous elements in the government these can also bring down the institutions of the people and create pandemonium in the country. On the whole Mr.President, all these three evil matters, are dangerous to any establishment in any nation. As a lawyer yourself, how would you sit and watch your friends plundering the wealth of the poor nation and how would people think of giving you another votes… Read more »
Malawi is fantastically corrupt, we used to get up to 35 days allowance doing our normal job , pretending we are in mangochi on a workshop. Here in USA nonone gets any extra for doing his job, from the resident to a cleaner, people do not leave their offices to go to resorts to get allowances for doing their daily job. Your house girl would not be sent to mangochi for the weekend to wash the house’s clothes and return on Monday on night allowance, hotel , transoort and food
Kalilani is communicating nothing other that telling MAlawian the panic in the DPP cabin
Chilima is an opportunist and he is yet to learn the price one sometimes has to pay for opportunism
The president has condemned corrupt practices several times. Read the story and listen to the speech by vp again.
I totally agree with Peter that if indeed Chilima is aware of corruption amongst the DPP ranks then he is obliged by law to report such crime to the authorities. He can’t be seen to harbour criminals otherwise he’s complicit and therefore should be charged under the laws of Malawi. Have g said that, it is a known fact that the DPP-led government is corrupt to the core and this ain’t a secret. D0nors and other global organisations have picked this up from years back and it’s becoming so sickening even to the general publ8c as the effect so it… Read more »
