The DJI Phantom 4 is $899 from the USA. Where did the $10,000 come from?? These are kids toys that fly for 20 minutes, what will you do with them to observe a 500,000 Hectare Flood Zone?

But you mean Malawi govt can’t buy one for K7.5 million. This is mediocrity Bwana VP. I really think VP has nothing to do since the end of civil service reform commission. It’s either he is playing basketball or attending catholic mass or playing with Chinese toys like this.
