To have a bad legacy of rigging elections is not a good leadership that we want from youthful leaders.
To use a personal assistance to rig Mchinji by elections is not a good leadership we want

Bwana Chilima, the time for talking is long over. The train is moving is you’re busy lecturing to the people who already know the qualities of a true leader. Malawians are expecting action on the ground. Go and win the hearts of the people and let your work be testimony to the theories you’re busy articulating. Theories don’t bring peace, food, shelter or dignity to the people.

People talk about Servant Leadership, Transformational Leadership but there is only one man practicing Enlightened Leadership…. Thus getting to the heart of the matter. The problems we face today can not be solved at the same level we were at when we created them.We do not need to teach people to disrespect a sitting president to change thing thus childish because you will need the same respect when you get there.
Talk talk is cheap Mr President continue with the infrastructure development etc

One doesn’t have to be a political leader to make a difference in people’s lives. If anyone has failed to make an impact in his day to day life, there’s no way they would be able to do so even when they’re in political office. You can judge people by the work they do outside political office.
