I think its nothing political on the craft malfunction. Recently, we had a scary descending to OR Tambo Int. Malawian Airlines should work out their crafts for security purposes… otherwise i personally no longer feel safe boarding the flights. In normal circumstances they are the best flights with smooth landings i have ever experienced..

Above all, thank God for their safety..!
