Peter you should know that ACB is handling so many issues. So you cannot blame. Why rush. This Kamoto guy is corrupt. You remember he authorized the release of K3billion to Admarc to purchase maize against the law? Phuma uli? Kondowe is a very professional person.

Zayed, your article is spot on. This Kamoto guy is trying to hide something. Don’t forget it is chain of them. Kaphale should also be treated with suspicion.

So ACB failed to interview members of the bid evaluation committee at MRA during their initial three months of investigation? So what were they doing for 90 full days? Incompetence or negligence of duty or actually sabotage? I am yet to be convinced as to whither this Lucas is morally and technically qualified to head that office.
