What was the gentleman arrested and charge for? There is only 1 fire arm here but the article refers to 3 different types of fire arms – rifle, revolver and pistol! Webley and Smith makes all three. This case can be thrown out on technical grounds or its just poor reporting.

Note to the reporter, a Webley Revolver, if it is indeed the firearm involved in this situation, is not a rifle; it’s a hand-gun. A handgun or pistol is not the same as a rifle. But that said, neyonso kusimbwa nyamatayo, zoona angamagulitse ntakataka wabwino choncho kwa aliyense? Shaaaa!
