MANEB is a thief. You have not paid teachers who invigilated minor subjects in the 2016 JCE. You underpaid teachers in 2016 JCE by having them book sleeping facilities (by virtue of posting them far away from their duty stations-I am one of them) and yet you compensated them for lunch. 2014 MSCE supplementary invigilators have not been paid. Thieves MANEB, unprofessional, untrustworthy. Very dull! Very inconsiderate.
