The Funds come from MASAF or World Bank. In other words is this a loan?? what are the conditions? … As of 18/01/2016 at 11;43 that money is about 38,777.60 US. We welcome any help from anyone so long as there is work to be done. However it should be clear to everyone how this money was solicited. Because 5 years down the line we will be paying twice that amount back as loan. Its the language am concerned about. Otherwise good luck.
