This guy just conive with Maneb to manipulate MSCE results to favour his school. What was the guy doing at Maneb?. MANEB is just blackmailing us. Kapuka guy used to do like that during the Bakili era. Where is Kapuka now? The end was disastrous. I went throungh a CDSS but I am PhD candidate. Your destiny is not determined on the type of school.
