Why is this not treated as theft? He admitted to pocketing the money, yet I don’t see where it says that he was arrested!!

Theft by trick or theft by servant. However, to parents that have once again paid to access the results, kindly team up and institute civil proceedings to claim for the refunds and also special damages on expenses incurred to travel to MANEB in Zomba. The said fees were already paid by the students upon receiving the money from their respective parents but the guy took them on pretext of banking them. Remember parents to claim for general damages for inconvenience suffered. To students that will fail to access the results by December 31, 2018, sue the institution and the guy… Read more »
