kkkkkkk I am not a lawyer by profession. But the arguments put together by MBC and its lawyer are laughable and it shows that MBC is now punicking over the issue. MBC is not relevant in Democractic era. I will be very happy to see this unprofessional radio is demanded to such amount of money to Callista.
If that was indeed on live broadcast, then I understand MBCs argument.

If MBC did not transmit it,would Malawians know about Jeffrey’s remarks, When did MBC start destroying evidence of its programs( crime case).Even if they say it was a live transmition why was there no declaimer stating that the views expressed on the political lally were not from MBC.Why did MBC rebroadcast the remarks in its 8 o’clock news.Mr Ambukire Salim please don’t let MBC escape this case as it will teach them a lesson that MBC belongs to all Malawians and not DPP. These remarks were made in presence of Peter Mutharika, he did he respond to this accusation that it is Calista who killed Bingu. How many people killed Bingu? Nankhumwa said Bingu was killed by JB. Peter cannot censure these people not to talk about his brother this way. May be he enjoys it : using Bingu’s death as a tool
