Chancy Gondwe is not an honest Lawyer. If today I raised an issue and mentioned APM what would public knowledge be? The media used to refer to Joyce Banda as JB so what argument is the Lawyer advancing? If I said APM, would not signal that I am referring to President Arthur Peter Mutharika. This is straight forward and there will be no technical jigsaw here. Adyere a MBC ndi Nankhumwa poti akuputa.

This just reminds me of the Alefa Wenzulo case initiated by Bakili Muluzi when Wenzulo claimed that Nachipanti who was sucking peoples blood was actually Atcheya. She tried to defend herself that Atcheya didn’t necessarily refer to Bakili Muluzi. Odziwa za malamulo ku chipani cha anthu ophunzira kwambiri cha DPP anamuwuza Wenzulo kuti izi zikuvutani, go and personally apologise. Anamuwuza kuti despite being our political enemy, he is good hearted and always wiling to forgive and forget.
