Now violence is the default weapon in intra party politics within MCP? These regional officials of the Party have must have some evidence regarding the anticipated serious potential violence. And if Kabwila or Lunguzi lose, they will inevitably blame the loss to even the threat of violence! Kikiki.
MCP will lose because most popular candidates who are personally hated by Chakwera are “losing” the primaries. They will then run as independents. People like Kabwila, Lunguzi, Njobvuyalema etc. Mark my words.

Firstly, I think you are stuck in the past and i can assure you that if that is the path you continue to take, you will never achieve much in your life. MCP moved on. MCP rebranded. The current crop of leaders have nothing to do with whatever happened way back, before you were probably born. How difficult is it to hold primaries for MCP? It’s obvious there is a big problem. This is the start of the fall of Dr Chakwera. Mark my words.
Get your facts straight. There are certain areas in this country where whoever wins primaries for a particular party wins that constituency during elections. In such areas, expect tough competitions. This is true for big parties like MCP and DPP. So, in such areas expect misunderstandings, refuting results, fighting etc. if not handled well and especially if there is not enough security. So, probably the best for MCP is to ensure there is enough security e.g. hire the police.
