But if indeed you have thieves in government there’s really no hope for change, none for the poor majority Look the whole minister of local government had the audacity to tell Malawians that “vehicles………are in Mzuzu not Lilongwe. Listen/ read that carefully. But the distance from Nkhotatkota to Lilongwe (where most garages are, even probably spare parts are) is 193.6. While the distance from Nkhotakota to Mzuzu is 235.8km.
