It is a problem not only among Tonga people. Go to the peripherals of Rumphi, Mzimba, Karonga, Chitipa, Mwanza, Lilongwe, Dowa, Mchinji, Phalombe, Mulanje etc.
Apart from the change in mindset, we also need laws and enforce them. Many T/As have by -laws only by name. I envied T/A Kachindamoto who went into huge publicity over winning the battle, but look the way we have drifted back into an abyss
