Madame MEC Chairperson, this is a very serious issue and conventional wisdom is for voter registration exercise in Dedza, Salima and Kasungu to be extended.

Central region people seem not to have interest/ or The machine breakdown of MEC paralyses efforts of people who are eligible to vote. So MEC should accept responsibility for low turn up and voters themeselves should blame
