MEC, educate the masses on how the commission will just transfer data in the custody of the National Registration Bureau and use it on Voters Roll. Will computer experts not depict a person who has not voted appear as if he or she has voted when counting votes cast? How safe is the use of data kept by the National Registration Bureau? Will the figures of votes cast not be manipulated in 2019 elections? Civic education is required here to erase the fears.
